Of Karsan's 2,304 employees, 596 are administrative personnel and 1,708 are production and field personnel. 

With 85% of administrative personnel holding bachelor's degrees and 15% holding master's degrees, Karsan is well above the automotive sector average in this respect.  As for the production and field staff, 850 of them have vocational high school education, 277 have bachelor's and associate's degrees, 341 have regular high school education, and 240 have primary education. 

The average age of the young staff is 35, 374 engineers are employed, and 84% of white-collar employees are fluent in at least one foreign language and 13% are fluent in two foreign languages.
