İnan Kıraç began his career as a sales officer in 1961 at Ormak A.Ş., a division of Koç Group. In 1966, he was promoted as the general manager of Otoyol, the manufacturing company of Fiat trucks and midibuses. He later became the general manager of Tofaş Oto Ticaret, the sales and distribution company of Fiat cars produced in Turkey. Kıraç was then promoted as the vice president and later on president of the Koç Holding Automotive Group. He served as the CEO of Koç Holding until his retirement in 1998. İnan Kıraç was privy to every development in the Turkish automotive industry and left his signature on many great automotive factories.

After graduating from mechanical engineering and economy, Giancarlo Boschetti, started to work in FIAT Group in 1964 where he occupied different positions for nearly 40 years. He served as global CEO of Iveco S.p.A from 1991 to 2001, as global CEO of FIAT Auto between 2002-2003. Giancarlo Boschetti serves as vice chairman to many international companies.

Having received his undergraduate and graduate degree from Boğaziçi University, Department of Mechanical Engineering and Clemson University (USA), Department of Mechanical Engineering, respectively, Mr. Baş embarked upon his professional career at TOFAŞ Bursa Plant in 1987 in Engineering Support Department in the capacity of Mechanical Engineer. He has served at various positions at TOFAŞ until June 2016.

Mr. Baş has served at TOFAŞ Bursa Plant as Workshop Production Supervisor, Engine Production Unit Manager, Body Production Unit Manager, Assembly Production Unit Manager and Doblo Product Manager between 1991 and 2002, and has worked at Tofaş Head Office İstanbul between 2002 and 2016 in various positions such as After-Sales Director, Mini-Cargo Project Manager, After-Sales Spare Part Director, FIAT Business Unit Director, and Aegea Project and Business Development Director.

In 1963, Mehmet Altan Sungar started to work as an intern at Royal Lastikler Tevzi A.Ş, a Koç Holding company, while he was still a student in Academy of Economics and Commercial Sciences. In addition to his post in the accounting department, he also worked as an Assistant Regional Director in the marketing department in the same company, and took part in the establishment of the dealer network while he was serving as a Regional Director in various regions across Turkey. Taking part in the foundation of Otoyol Pazarlama in 1975, Sungar worked as a Marketing Manager, Assistant General Manager and Deputy General Manager in the same company. He also served as a General Manager and Board Member in Istanbul Oto A.Ş., a Tofaş Group company, between 1985 and 2001. During the same period, Sungar worked as a member of the automotive professional community of Istanbul Chamber of Commerce and as a court expert. Having served as a General Manager and Board Member in Karsat A.Ş. between 2001 and 2004, Sungar worked as a shareholder and counsel in TURAVEL (Tourism, Education and Consultancy) between 2004 and 2012.

After graduating from Ankara University Faculty of Political Sciences, Nevzat Tüfekçioğlu was appointed as Ministry of Finance Junior Accountant in 1963 and Ministry of Finance Senior Accountant in 1966. He resigned from public service in 1974 and served in Koç Holding Financial Group as Assistant Coordinator, Coordinator, Vice President and President of Audit and Financial Group retiring in 2001. Mr. Tüfekçioğlu served as Koç Holding A.Ş Auditor between 2001-2006, Evyap A.Ş Board Member between 2005 - 2006 and Kıraça Holding A.Ş Board Member between 2013 - 2017.  Presently continuing to serve as Koç Tüketici Finansmanı A.Ş Board Member, Entek Elektrik Üretimi A.Ş Board Member, Suna-İnan Kıraç Foundation Board Member and Türkiye Aile Sağlığı ve Planlaması Foundation Board Member, he also works as a Consultant in Vehbi Koç Foundation and auditor in Educational Volunteers Foundation of Turkey (TEGV) and Geyre Foundations. He still continues to work as a Board Member at Koç Tüketici Finansmanı A.Ş, and a Board Member at Entek Elektrik Üretimi A.Ş. 

Fatma Füsun Akkal Bozok, completed her academic studies by obtaining a master’s degree from the Faculty of Administrative Sciences, Boğaziçi University, and by obtaining a doctoral degree from the Faculty of Business, Istanbul University. After her graduation, she began her business career at Arthur Andersen Audit Company in 1980. She joined Koç Group in 1983, and she initially served as Audit Specialist and Assistant Coordinator in the Audit and Financial Group Department within the body of the Holding. She was appointed as the Audit and Financial Group Coordinator in 1992, and she served in this position for 11 years. Akkal, who served as the Director of Financing Group between 2003 and 2006, is an academic member of Sabancı University. Akkal is also an Independent Board Member of Akis GYO, Independent Board Member of Bizim Toptan Mağazaları A.Ş., Independent Board Member of Ford Otomotiv Sanayii and Independent Board Member of İzocam Ticaret ve Sanayi A.Ş. Akkal still continues to work as an Independent Board Member at Akiş GYO, an Independent Board Member at Bizim Toptan Mağazaları A.Ş., an Independent Board Member at Ford Automotive Industry, an Independent Board Member at Gözde Girişim Sermayesi Yatırım Ortaklığı A.Ş. and an Independent Board Member at Tat Gıda Sanayi A.Ş.

Prof. Dr. Muhsin Mengütürk completed his academic studies in Duke University Faculty of Engineering in USA (Durham, North Carolina) earning master’s and doctoral degrees. After graduation, his career began at Westinghouse Research Center (Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania) in 1974 as the Leader of Turbine Erosion Department of US Government’s Renewable Energy Project. Mr. Mengütürk returned to Turkey in 1976 and served respectively as Assistant Professor then Associate Professor, then he was appointed as Vice Dean of Istanbul Technical University Aeronautics and Astronautics Faculty after attaining Professorship in 1984. Appointed as Turkish Eximbank’s Founding Vice President between 1988 - 1992, then Prof. Dr. Mengütürk served as the Founding President of Bayındır Hayat Sigorta between 1992 - 1995 and President of Capital Markets Board between 1997 - 2000. After completing his duty in CMB, he served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors in Güneş Hayat Sigorta, Vakıf Emeklilik, Ankara Sigorta and Ankara Emeklilik and Board Member in Ata Holding between 2001 - 2006; Prof. Dr. Mengütürk served as a Board Member in Doğuş Holding between 2006 - 2018. Mengütürk is also a Board Member of Global Relations Forum (GRF). 

After graduating from The Business Administration Department of the Faculty of Political Sciences of Ankara University, Müfit Ataseven obtained the DEA-PhD Competency Diploma from Paris IX Dauphine University, followed by a Governmental Doctorate study on Automotive Industry in Turkey, and participated in Fontainebleau INSEAD specialization program. 

Ataseven worked as a sub-manager in the Investments and Affiliates Department of OYAK General Directorate and as a member of the Board of Directors and Board of Supervisors at Oyak-Renault, Mais, Omsan, Tukaş, Entaş, Adana Çimento, Oyak Menkul Değerler between 1982 and 1988. Later on, Ataseven assumed the positions of Commerce Director France (DCF), project officer at the Dealer Organization “Dealer Profile”, Central Marketing Director, Marketing Pricing Director, La Havre Branch Director, and special representative of the President of International Operations (DOI) an Renault SA France in the period between 1988 and 1997. Working as the Deputy Commercial Director General of Renault Mais from 1997 to 2003, and the Commercial Director General of TOFAŞ from 2003 to 2007, Ataseven also assumed the positions of General Coordinator of OYDER, Director General of Citroen Baylas, Board Member at Baylas and Baytur, Member of Executive Committee at DEİK Turkish and French Business Council, and Board Member and Council Chairman at ODD. 

Ataseven also worked as a lecturer at Galatasaray University and still continues his activities at Sabancı University as a strategic partner at the Executive Development Unit, as a part-time lecturer at Bilkent University, and as the Director of MEFA Danışmanlık and Interactifs Türkiye that he established in 2009.

Born in 1947, Nezih Olcay graduated from primary education, then Italian High School, and then from Istanbul Academy of Economics and Commercial Sciences with a Business Administration license.Olcay, who started to work at Tofaş Türk Automobile Factory A.Ş in 1971, served as Accounting Manager, Financial Manager, Foreign Relations Group Manager, Accounting, Finance and Control Group Deputy Director and Financial Director, respectively, and retired at the end of 2007. During the years worked at Tofaş Türk Automobile Factory A.Ş, he served as a member of the board of directors at various Koç Group subsidiaries. He served as the General Coordinator, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Board of Directors at Plastiform Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş between 2008-2012 and as an independent member of the Board of Directors of Otokar Otomotiv ve Savunma Sanayi A.Ş. between 2014-2019.
