After graduating from mechanical engineering and economy, Giancarlo Boschetti, started to work in FIAT Group in 1964 where he occupied different positions for nearly 40 years. With 59 years of experience, Mr.Boschetti  He served as global CEO of Iveco S.p.A from 1991 to 2001, as global CEO of FIAT Auto between 2002-2003. Giancarlo Boschetti serves as vice chairman to many international companies.

Having received his undergraduate and graduate degree from Bogaziçi University, Department of Mechanical Engineering and Clemson University (USA), Department of Mechanical Engineering, respectively, Mr. Bas embarked upon his professional career at TOFAS Bursa Plant in 1987 in Engineering Support Department in the capacity of Mechanical Engineer. He has served at various positions at TOFAS until June 2016. Mr. Bas has 36 years of experience.

Mr. Bas has served at TOFAS Bursa Plant as Workshop Production Supervisor, Engine Production Unit Manager, Body Production Unit Manager, Assembly Production Unit Manager and Doblo Product Manager between 1991 and 2002, and has worked at Tofas Head Office Istanbul between 2002 and 2016 in various positions such as After-Sales Director, Mini-Cargo Project Manager, After-Sales Spare Part Director, FIAT Business Unit Director, and Aegea Project and Business Development Director. Mr. Okan Bas, 1In July 2016, Karsan Otomotiv San.ve Tic.A.S. He was appointed CEO.

Born in 1947, Nezih Olcay graduated from primary education, then Italian High School, and then from Istanbul Academy of Economics and Commercial Sciences with a Business Administration license.Olcay, who started to work at Tofas Türk Automobile Factory A.S in 1971, served as Accounting Manager, Financial Manager, Foreign Relations Group Manager, Accounting, Finance and Control Group Deputy Director and Financial Director, respectively, and retired at the end of 2007. Mr. Olcay has 52 years of experience.During the years worked at Tofas Türk Automobile Factory A.S, he served as a member of the board of directors at various Koç Group subsidiaries. He served as the General Coordinator, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Board of Directors at Plastiform Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S between 2008-2012 and as an independent member of the Board of Directors of Otokar Otomotiv ve Savunma Sanayi A.S. between 2014-2019.

Erhan Egemen graduated from the Faculty of Law at Marmara University in 2009 and completed his LL.M. in Private Law at the Institute of Social Sciences of Marmara University in 2013. Mr. Egemen began his legal career in 2009 at Kocabey Law Office. In 2010, he founded Kesici Göktaş Egemen Law Office, where he continues to practice law as a Founding Partner. He also serves as a Court-Appointed Expert Witness at the Istanbul Regional Expert Witness Board. Between 2018 and 2020, Mr. Egemen served as a Member of the Board of Directors of Aras Kargo Yurtiçi Yurtdışı Taşımacılık A.Ş.

Born in 1967, Mert Yazıcıoğlu graduated from Istanbul German High School and subsequently earned a degree in Business Administration from the Faculty of Business Administration at Istanbul Technical University. He completed his MBA at Istanbul Technical University in 1994.
Mr. Yazıcıoğlu began his professional career at Koçbank, where he held a number of progressively senior positions, including Senior Officer, Assistant Dealer, Dealer, Senior Dealer, Department Manager, Group Manager, and Assistant General Manager. Between 2006 and 2018, he served as Executive Vice President at Yapı Kredi Bank. From 2019 to 2020, he was Advisor to the Chairman of the Board at Kıraça Holding. Mr. Yazıcıoğlu served as an Independent Board Member at Anel Elektrik between 2022 and 2024. Since 2023, he has also been serving as an Independent Board Member at Ulusal Faktoring.

Utku Ayyarkın graduated from the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences at Cumhuriyet University in 2002. He completed his MBA at Boğaziçi University in 2010 and attended the Leadership Transformation Program at Koç University in 2015. Mr. Ayyarkın began his professional career as a Sales Representative at Hedef Ltd. He joined Aras Kargo in 2004 and held various leadership positions of increasing responsibility, including Assistant Regional Manager, Regional Manager, Agency Manager, Director, Executive Vice President, General Manager, and Chief Operating Officer (COO). Between 2023 and 2026, Mr. Ayyarkın served as Chairman of the Board of Aras Kargo Sports Club. Since 2022, he has been a Member of the Board of Directors of Aras Dijital, and since 2023, he has also served as a Member of the Board of Directors of Aras Kargo and Aras Global.

Münevver Eröz graduated from the Department of Business Administration at Boğaziçi University in 1988 and subsequently completed her MBA at Koç University. Ms. Eröz began her professional career at Saudi American Bank in 1988. She served as Assistant Manager at Intercon Consultancy and Training Co., and between 1991 and 1997 held the position of Treasury Manager at Saudi American Bank Türkiye. From 1997 to 2000, she worked as Director at MNG Bank, followed by her role as Executive Vice President at T-Bank from 2000 to 2019. Between 2019 and 2020, she served as Manager at CM Capital Management, and from 2020 to 2022 as Executive Vice President at Belbim A.Ş. Since 2022, Ms. Eröz has been serving as Treasury and Risk Manager at Asaş Alüminyum Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş.

Dr. Dursun Saat graduated with top honors from the Faculty of Law at Kadir Has University in 2012. After completing his LL.M. degree in 2015, he earned a Ph.D. in Private Law from the Institute of Social Sciences at Marmara University in 2020 with his dissertation titled “The Sale of a Significant Amount of Corporate Assets in Joint Stock Companies.” Dr. Saat specializes in Corporate Law, Capital Markets Law, and Competition Law, and has authored numerous academic publications in these fields. Alongside his academic career, he has been actively involved in advisory work, particularly in matters relating to publicly listed companies, corporate governance principles, and regulatory compliance. Dr. Saat has a strong command of both English and German.

Yasin Doğan graduated from the Department of Business Administration at Anadolu University in 2002. After completing his Certified Public Accountant (CPA) internship in 2005, he began his professional career as Accounting Manager at Çeşme Bağcılık A.Ş., where he served for three years. In 2009, Mr. Doğan established Yasin Doğan Financial Consultancy Office and has since been providing financial consultancy services while also serving as a Financial Expert Witness at the Istanbul Regional Expert Witness Board. Between 2017 and 2021, Mr. Doğan served as a Member of the Board of Directors of Aras Kargo Yurtiçi ve Yurtdışı Taşımacılık A.Ş. Since December 2025, he has been serving as a Member of the Board of Directors of Kıraça Holding A.Ş.
