Karsan has developed and specialized on turn-key garage management projects.
We provide full service to Municipalities, from CNG Filling Station establishments to maintenance and preparation of the buses for next day services.
Today we are running garages in 3 different countries, 16 different cities, and over 35 locations in total, one of them being the second largest CNG filling station in Europe.
Karsan currently provides garage management services for 1643 buses; 862 CNG and 781 Diesel powered across all locations, over a total area of 440.000 square meters

Istanbul IETT
Karsan is providing management services to 247 12m CNG and 310 18m Diesel powered busses for Istanbul IETT across all locations.
The IETT CNG Filling Station established and managed by Karsan also ranks first in Turkey and second in Europe as the biggest CNG Filling Station.
The station has a capacity of filling 240 units of CNG buses in six hours; 16 buses can be filled in 20 minutes at the same time.
Kocaeli Municipality
Karsan is providing management services to 240 12m CNG powered buses along with 3 8m and 31 6m Diesel powered buses for Municipality of Kocaeli across all locations.
Konya Municipality
Karsan is providing management services to 124 12m and 62 18m CNG powered buses along with 14 6m Diesel powered buses for Municipality of Konya across all locations.
Urfa Municipality
Karsan is providing management services to 24 18m and 1 6m Diesel powered buses for Municipality of Urfa across all locations.
Italy
Karsan is providing management services to 276 Diesel and 189 CNG powered buses for Municipalities of Italy across all locations.
Romania
Karsan provides after sales full service via support of Karsan Romania distributor to the Sibiu and Brasov majorities for 40 of 12 meter, 52 of 18 meter buses and 30 of 10.6 meter Diesel powered buses
Hungary
Karsan provides after sales full service via support of local service provider to majorities for 16 Diesel powered ATAK buses.
